Rahamati v. Chicago Title Company

Superior Galleries v. First American Numismatics Inc.
Represented corporate judgment debtor in collection action pertaining to wind-up of coin dealer numismatics business.
DBI Housing, LLC v. King City Check Cashing Corporation
Won $80,000.00 for judgment creditor for breach of implied contract case, won 2 post-judgment motions, and won dismissal of appeal.

In re LA Checker Cab, Inc.
Represented objecting creditor in Chapter 11 of transportation company to conduct financial investigation of corporate president, chief financial officer, and general counsel.
Varma v. Filley
Won summary judgment in federal court for $425,000.00 in real estate investment scam and prosecuted related fraudulent transfer action to lien real property for large apartment owner landlord.
Long v. Shaw
Won 2 trials, appeal, and permanent injunction to preserve $2,000,000.00 home estate based on forgery and fraud committed by client's spouse and corrupt notary public.
Bharani v. Anchor Pacifica
